Our estimated delivery timeframe for handcrafted items is approximately 7-14 working days upon order completion. Shipping costs for all our products are free.
Shipping Services:
To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we entrust your orders to reputable courier services such as DHL or PostNL. Please note that while our product prices include VAT, shipping costs are excluded. For our international customers, please be aware that Musiciangoods cannot be held responsible for any additional taxes and duties levied by your country's customs authorities. RETURN POLICY
At Musiciangoods, we take great pride in ensuring the quality and condition of every order we deliver. However, if you find yourself dissatisfied with your Musiciangoods order, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return:

Return Conditions:
For cases attributed to Musiciangoods, we will promptly address and resolve the issue at no additional cost to you. If the error cannot be attributed to Musiciangoods, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In instances where monetary refunds may not be possible, we offer alternative solutions such as exchanges for other items or the issuance of a gift certificate. Please note that Musiciangoods will not refund orders that are not picked up by the customer; these orders are only eligible for reshipment of the product.
Refund Policy:
A 10% re-stocking fee may be applicable to certain items due to reasons such as hygiene considerations, repackaging requirements, or payment fees. REFUNDS
