LICENSE AGREEMENT

All digital products available on www.musiciangoods.com are sold as 'royalty-free.' This means that when you make a purchase, you are granted a license to incorporate the products into your music production, film, TV program, website, or other media production without paying additional royalties or license fees to Musiciangoods or any third parties. Musiciangoods owns or holds the necessary licenses for the products offered for sale.

USAGE AND COPYRIGHT

Unauthorized copying, re-selling, leasing, duplicating, or distribution of the products for sale, beyond what is outlined in the License Agreement, is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing products on file-sharing websites, web forums, computer networks, and file hosting websites. The products cannot be distributed in their original format or sold in a manner that competes with the nature of Musiciangoods' business, as described in the 'About Musiciangoods' section. All content on the website, including artwork, source code, materials, audio demos, graphics, text, and logos, is licensed to Musiciangoods and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

SECURITY AND REGISTRATION

While registration is not required to view the website, purchasing products requires providing certain information, such as a username, password, valid email address, and shipping details (for physical items). Musiciangoods will securely store this information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

PRIVACY POLICY

To provide the services you have selected, Musiciangoods requires the storage of your personal information. This information is used by Musiciangoods and its service providers to facilitate faster purchasing, allocate discount coupons, and improve your overall experience. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties for promotional purposes, except for the Musiciangoods newsletter, from which you can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided. PAYMENT AND DOWNLOADS

Payments on behalf of Musiciangoods are processed by PayPal and/or Stripe Payments. After payment, you will be directed to a page where you can download your purchased products. A confirmation email with your order details will also be sent. For physical orders, you may receive a track and trace link.

DIGITAL ITEMS

Upon payment, you will be automatically directed to a download page to retrieve your digital products. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at customerservice@musiciangoods.com, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.

Please note that digital items purchased from Musiciangoods are non-refundable. When you purchase a product, you are obtaining a license to use the content in your music production without paying royalties to the owner, making it non-refundable.

DISCLAIMER AND WAIVER

By entering into this agreement, you agree not to hold Musiciangoods or its affiliated companies or individuals liable for any losses, judgments, claims, legal fees, or court costs resulting from a breach of the terms and conditions. Musiciangoods takes reasonable steps to ensure that its website is free from viruses, trojans, malware, spyware, harmful software, data theft, or unauthorized malicious activity. However, Musiciangoods does not provide any guarantees in this regard and will not be held responsible for any losses incurred.

RETURN POLICY

Effective as of July 19th, 2023, Musiciangoods does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at customerservice@musiciangoods.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the defective item to the following address:

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to twenty-one (21) days from the receipt of your item for the processing of your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

WARRANTY

Thank you for choosing Musiciangoods. This Limited Warranty applies only to physical goods purchased from Musiciangoods.com.

WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?

This limited warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Musiciangoods will repair or replace products or parts that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?

The warranty period for physical products purchased from Musiciangoods is 120 days.

A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good.
