LICENSE AGREEMENT

All digital products available on www.musiciangoods.com are sold as 'royalty-free.' This means that when you make a purchase, you are granted a license to incorporate the products into your music production, film, TV program, website, or other media production without paying additional royalties or license fees to Musiciangoods or any third parties. Musiciangoods owns or holds the necessary licenses for the products offered for sale.

SECURITY AND REGISTRATION

While registration is not required to view the website, purchasing products requires providing certain information, such as a username, password, valid email address, and shipping details (for physical items). DIGITAL ITEMS

DISCLAIMER AND WAIVER

By entering into this agreement, you agree not to hold Musiciangoods or its affiliated companies or individuals liable for any losses, judgments, claims, legal fees, or court costs resulting from a breach of the terms and conditions. Musiciangoods takes reasonable steps to ensure that its website is free from viruses, trojans, malware, spyware, harmful software, data theft, or unauthorized malicious activity. However, Musiciangoods does not provide any guarantees in this regard and will not be held responsible for any losses incurred.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

WARRANTY

Thank you for choosing Musiciangoods. This Limited Warranty applies only to physical goods purchased from Musiciangoods.com.

WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?

This limited warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Musiciangoods will repair or replace products or parts that prove defective due to improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?

The warranty period for physical products purchased from Musiciangoods is 120 days.

A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good.

This limited commercial warranty does not replace or restrict statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods. Those rights may continue beyond the 120-day commercial warranty period.
