30-Day ReturnsYou have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
Unused Items OnlyItems must be unused, in original condition.
Digital ProductsDigital downloads and licenses are non-refundable.
Refund ProcessingRefunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligible Products

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Non-Eligible Products

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products (eBooks, PDF downloads, license keys, etc.)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Email support@musiciangoods.com with your order number and we’ll send you step-by-step instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund—no need to return the item.

Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, they are non-refundable once accessed. If you have any trouble downloading or using a digital product, contact us and we’ll help.
