RETURN POLICY

At Musiciangoods, we take great pride in the quality and condition of every order we deliver. If you are dissatisfied with your order, we offer a simple and fair return process within 30 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Klarna’s requirements.

Return Conditions

When the issue is caused by Musiciangoods

We will resolve the issue at no additional cost. This may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

When the issue is not caused by Musiciangoods

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
If a refund cannot be issued, we may offer alternatives such as:

  • An exchange for another item

  • Store credit or a gift certificate

Uncollected Packages

Orders returned because the customer did not pick them up are not eligible for refunds.
These orders qualify only for a reshipment of the product.

We do not accept physical returns from countries outside the EU and USA due to international shipping limitations.
