Shipping Policy

This policy explains processing, estimated delivery times and tracking for physical products purchased from Musiciangoods. Digital downloads do not require physical shipping.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Transport times below begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Available shipping services and their charges are shown at checkout. Delivery can be affected by the destination, customs processing and local carriers.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email your tracking number or tracking link. You can also visit Track My Order and enter your order number and the email address used at checkout.

International shipping and import charges

All international shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties, taxes and import fees are included in your order. You will not be charged additional customs or import fees upon delivery. If a carrier nevertheless requests payment, contact us with your order number and a copy of the request so we can resolve it.

Delayed orders and address corrections

If tracking stops updating or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether a correction is still possible; changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.
